About Copperfield Terrace
Copperfield Terrace was designed by Jamie & Jason Ratz in 2023, and opened their doors June 2024. Jason is a craftsman carpenter who creates works of art via Jamie’s natural gift for interior/exterior design.
While designing this glamorous venue, much thought was given to aesthetics and functionality to minimize stress the day of your event. Provisions include: large capacity, plentiful parking, handicap accessible, ability to choose your own food caterer, generous dance floor, chapel, bridal suite, chairs/tables, competitive pricing, flexible booking options, and the list goes on.
Gatherings
This 9,583 sq foot building can be used to host multiple types of gatherings accommodating up to 693 guests.

Customizable booking options for smaller gatherings using the Chapel/Room A which holds 80-140 or use of the Ball Room/Room B which holds 320-553 guests.

Catering
We allow you to pick your own caterer tailoring menu choices to your budget and taste buds. We don’t have any vendor requirements, so you’re able to bring in whomever you want. This is a HUGE saving for the overall cost of your wedding! Caters must be licensed & insured. We do have recommendations that we can share with you if you’re interested.
Alcohol
We have contracted with TJ's Tavern who is our exclusive liquor license vendor at Copperfield offering a FULL service cash bar. ATM available on-site. Contact Jeff LeVan at 507.259.5171 to secure your date & go through details.
Lodging
Hotels can be found around the larger cities within Wabasha, Rochester, and Winona. Copperfield Terrace has a 2 acre lot available for a small fee for those who would like to park their RV, camper, or set up a tent for the night. There is no water, sewer, or electricity for overnight guests. Inquire for more details.

Flexibility in your choice of any and all vendors including photography, florists, ordains, etc.!
